From Concept to Execution

Theta Trade started as an open business concept in China, exploring where our experience in fashion, finance and furniture could create real value.

As the business evolved, one direction proved the strongest fit: helping project owners create their dream projects.

Today, we help project owners manage procurement and supply chain execution from China, combining supplier access, order coordination, risk assessment and on-the-ground support to help serious projects move from idea to reality.

Leadership

Miloš Ivanović — Founder & Procurement Manager

Based in Guangzhou, I coordinate supplier selection, production follow-up and quality-control coordination directly on the ground in China. My role is to turn a project procurement package into a controlled process — matching verified suppliers to your category, specification and risk profile, following up on production and coordinating consolidation and logistics support to delivery.

Andrea Tirasso — Founder & Procurement Manager

I design the operating process behind each project — how scope, documents, budget, timeline and risks are reviewed, and how procurement, quality-control coordination and logistics support are structured into a repeatable, documented process for project owners.

Stefan Zimonjić Phd — Risk & Economic Analyst

I focus on project and product risk assessment and the economic side of procurement. With a Ph.D. in International Economics, I help review feasibility, compliance paths and structured risk reduction so project owners can plan procurement packages from China with fewer surprises.

How we work with partners

We coordinate technical, supplier, quality-control and logistics support through reliable partners where required, helping project owners reduce uncertainty and manage procurement packages with a clearer process.

Theta Trade does not act as the project designer, engineer, installer or local construction manager unless separately agreed.
